How do I start an application?
Select Apply on the home page, enter your name and mobile number, and complete the guided five-step application.
How do I check my application status?
Open Track application and enter the registered mobile number. Your customer portal displays current progress and outstanding actions.
Which documents may be requested?
Typical documents include PAN, Aadhaar, address proof, income proof, bank details and a photograph. The exact requirement can vary.
Where can I see a payment request?
Any fee request issued for your application will appear in the customer portal with invoice and payment instructions.
Is loan approval guaranteed?
No. Approval, loan amount, interest rate, tenure and disbursal are decided by the relevant lending partner after assessment.
